That said, the official opening is only scheduled for January 26th; right now, according to the site's administration, they're recruiting models and testing the site. For instance, models are currently being offered payment just for hanging out in the free chat. On the other hand, the private cut is only 45%, just like on the good, well-promoted sites.
The Primecams.com sex video chat first became available to visitors in the summer of 2010, but soon closed for rework due to numerous technical problems. And now, apparently, the rework is finished and the administration has announced an upcoming relaunch.
By the way, calling this chat "Russian" is a bit of a stretch, since the site has no Russian interface and Russian models don't dominate it. However, since the site is also promoted on Russian resources and is actively working on attracting Russian models, I'll leave it in the list of Russian sex video chats for now.
